feburic有什么注意事项？

feburic (febuxostat, febuxostat) is an oral drug used to treat hyperuricemia (gout). Usually, the initial recommended dose for patients is 40 mg/day, taken orally. If the symptoms are severe, it can be adjusted to 80 mg/day; if the serum uric acid level is still higher than 6 mg/dL after taking 40 mg/day for 2 weeks, the dose can be increased to 80 mg/day.

What are the precautions for feburic?

1. Symptoms similar to gout attacks may occur: In the early stage of taking feburic, due to the rapid decrease in serum uric acid concentration, the uric acid deposited in the tissue can be mobilized. In order to avoid this situation, non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs or colchicine can be used for preventive administration.

2. The use of feburic is more likely to cause cardiovascular thrombotic events, including non-fatal myocardial infarction, non-fatal stroke and cardiovascular death. Generally, the incidence of such cardiovascular adverse reactions is not related to the dose of feburic and does not increase with the extension of treatment time. Therefore, patients should be monitored for signs and symptoms of myocardial infarction (MI) and stroke after starting treatment.

3. It is forbidden to take azathioprine, mercaptopurine, chophylline and other drugs when using feburic (febuxostat, febuxostat).

4. Use feburic with caution during pregnancy and lactation. In the study, it was found that feburic can be secreted into the milk of rats, but it is not clear whether it is secreted into human milk. In order to avoid causing harm to the baby, patients should use it with caution.

5. Increased liver enzymes. In randomized controlled studies, transaminase levels higher than 3 times the upper limit of normal were observed. Liver function laboratory analysis recommends feburic treatment for February and April, and periodic treatment thereafter.
