Vigabatrin (vigabatrin tablets) usage and dosage: Vigabatrin (vigabatrin tablets) is an oral drug that is rapidly absorbed after oral administration and can reach the peak blood level 2 hours after taking it. The maximum daily dose of Vigabatrin (vigabatrin tablets) for adults is 2-3g. It is appropriate to start taking it at 1g a day. Then, depending on the reaction after the medication, if the reaction is good, it can be increased by 0.5g every week, and finally reach a daily dose of 2-3g. The recommended dose of Vigabatrin (vigabatrin tablets) for children is 40 mg/kg/day. Continuous medication should be judged according to the patient's weight. The recommended dose for patients weighing 10-15kg is 0.5-1g/day; the recommended dose for 15-30kg is 1-1.5g/day; the recommended dose for 30-50kg is 1.5-3g/day; >50kg 2-3g/day. 

Vigabatrin (vigabatrin tablets) is rapidly absorbed after oral administration, and food does not affect its absorption rate. The peak plasma concentration is reached 2 hours after taking the drug, and t1/2 is 5-7 hours. When a single dose is 1-3g, the pharmacokinetics show a dose-linear relationship.
