雷帕鸣西罗莫司片可以治什么病
What diseases can be cured?
Rapamin sirolimus tablets are suitable for patients aged 13 or above who have received kidney transplants to prevent organ rejection. Recommended for use in combination with cyclosporine and corticosteroids.
The recommended way of taking Rapamin Sirolimus Tablets is: orally, once a day. It should be started as soon as possible after transplantation. For new transplant recipients, the loading dose that should be taken for the first time is three times the maintenance dose. The recommended loading dose of rapamin sirolimus tablets for kidney transplant patients is 6 mg and the maintenance dose is 2 mg/day.
Although the loading dose of 15 mg and the maintenance dose of 5 mg/day used in clinical trials are safe and effective, the therapeutic benefits of doses above 2 mg are unclear for kidney transplant patients. The overall safety profile of patients taking 2 mg of rapamin and sirolimus tablets daily is better than that of patients taking 5 mg of rapamin and sirolimus tablets daily.
In a multicenter clinical study, 31 patients diagnosed with chronic allograft nephropathy (suggesting chronic nephrotoxicity of calcineurin inhibitors, with or without non-specific renal interstitial fibrosis or tubular atrophy) diagnosed by transplant kidney biopsy were treated with a treatment regimen that was switched from calcineurin inhibitors to rapamin and sirolimus tablets, with an average follow-up of 21.6 months.
The results showed that 1 year after switching to rapamycin sirolimus tablets, the patient's renal function was significantly improved, and no kidney transplant loss or patient death was observed during the follow-up period.
The therapeutic effect of rapamin sirolimus tablets is significant. Taking rapamin sirolimus tablets for treatment will also produce certain side effects or adverse reactions, including: peripheral edema/hypertension/edema/chest pain/deep vein thrombosis/pulmonary embolism/headache/pain/dizziness/acne vulgaris/hypertriglyceridemia/diabetes/ovarian cyst/constipation/diarrhea/stomatitis, etc.
The above is the introduction about it, I hope it can help everyone. If patients have other questions about the drug (such as drug price, purchasing channels, etc.), they can consult the medical companion travel service.
