Prevention of CMV infection in transplant patients: (1) For kidney transplant patients, the recommended dose is 900 mg once a day, starting within 10 days after transplantation and ending 200 days after transplantation; (2) For patients receiving solid organ transplants other than kidneys, the recommended dose is 900 mg once a day, starting within 10 days after transplantation and ending 100 days after transplantation.
