雷帕鸣使用说明
In our country, regardless of whether kidney transplantation or dialysis is required, the survival rate is generally relatively low. In addition to the difficulty in affording medical expenses, another important reason is the occurrence of rejection, which is detrimental to later treatment and recovery. In this case, patients are advised to give it a try.
Rapamin is suitable for patients receiving kidney transplants to prevent organ rejection. Recommended for use in combination with cyclosporine and corticosteroids. Rapamin inhibits the activation and proliferation of T lymphocytes stimulated by antigens and cytokines (interleukins IL-2, IL-4 and IL-15). It also inhibits the production of antibodies. Rapamin is a prescription drug that can be used for rejection under the guidance of a doctor if necessary.
Rapamin is a common treatment drug after kidney transplantation. Due to the use of large doses of immunosuppressants, it reduces resistance to external bacteria.
Rapamin is suitable for patients who have received kidney transplants to prevent organ rejection. It is recommended to be used in combination with cyclosporine and corticosteroids. Take orally, once daily. After an organ transplant, it should be started as early as possible. For new transplant recipients, the loading dose should be taken, which is 3 times the maintenance dose. The recommended loading dose for kidney transplant patients is 6 mg and the maintenance dose is 2 mg/day. Although in clinical trials, a loading dose of 15 mg and a maintenance dose of 5 mg/day were used, the therapeutic benefit of doses above 2 mg is unclear for kidney transplant patients. Concomitant use with cyclosporine and corticosteroids is recommended for patients taking daily rapamycin. Patients who took 2 mg of rapamide daily had better overall health than those who took 5 mg of rapamide daily.
After a uremic patient receives a kidney transplant, he or she still needs to continue dialysis treatment due to certain problems. Everyone needs to be mentally prepared. Patients are advised to drink appropriate amounts of water, and the patient's water intake should be strictly controlled before kidney transplantation. However, urine output in kidney transplant patients recovers with renal function, and patients should be encouraged to drink water appropriately.
For patients receiving kidney transplantation, they must actively cooperate with the doctor's treatment. Editor’s tip: It is recommended that patients who have been diagnosed can use it under the guidance of a doctor. If you have any other questions, please feel free to consult a medical companion.
