How long should I take Sonidegib?

Some cancers, including basal cell carcinoma, are caused by overactivity of a specific group of cellular processes called the Hedgehog signaling pathway. This pathway normally controls many cellular activities, including cell growth and how cells develop properly to make up the different body organs of the unborn baby.
