How long does it take for Pitolisant-wakix treatment to take effect?

Pitolisant Tablets (Pitolisant)-wakix should be started at the lowest effective dose and gradually increased to the maximum dose of 36mg/day. The recommended regimen should be between 9-36mg/day, taken as a single dose in the morning. In week 1, an initial dose of 9 mg/day should be recommended. During week 2, the dose can be increased to 18 mg/day or reduced to 4.5 mg/day. Finally, during week 3, the dose can be increased to 36 mg/day. At any time, the dose may be reduced (to 4.5 mg/day) or increased (up to 36 mg/day) based on physician evaluation and patient response.

Tilorisen tablets have been marketed in the country, but have not yet been included in medical insurance. The price of each box of the original version of tilorisen tablets marketed overseas may be over more than RMB 4,000 (the price may fluctuate due to exchange rates).
