The difference between Pitolisant-wakix and eszopicvir

Eszopicvir is a non-benzodiazepine drug used to treat insomnia. It helps to fall asleep by producing sedative and hypnotic effects. It produces sedative and hypnotic effects by regulating GABA transmitters in the brain, helping patients fall asleep and improve sleep quality. Eszopicvir is used for the short-term treatment of insomnia and should be taken approximately 30 minutes before bedtime.

Tilorisen tablets have been marketed in the country, but have not yet been included in medical insurance. The price of each box of the original version of tilorisen tablets marketed overseas may be over more than RMB 4,000 (the price may fluctuate due to exchange rates). Currently, there are no generic versions of tilorisen tablets produced and marketed overseas.
