How toxic is venetoclax?

Venetoclax (Venetoclax) has relatively little toxicity, but its side effects and toxic reactions still need to be treated with caution in clinical use, especially in the early stages of treatment. 3. Gastrointestinal side effects: Venetoclax may also cause gastrointestinal discomfort, including nausea, vomiting, diarrhea and constipation. These symptoms are usually mild and can be relieved with dietary modifications and symptomatic medications.

4. Other toxicities: Other rare toxic reactions include fatigue, headache, fever and other symptoms, but most patients can tolerate these toxicities, and the symptoms may be relieved as treatment progresses.
