Trimicai () is a single-piece compound preparation used to treat HIV with the new generation integrase inhibitor Tevicai (chemical name: dolutegravir) as the core. Dolutegravir can inhibit HIV integrase by binding to the active site of integrase and blocking the strand transfer step of reverse transcription deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA) integration (a key step in the HIV replication cycle).

Inbec is a compound preparation. Each tablet contains dolutegravir sodium (calculated as dolutegravir) 50 mg, abacavir sulfate (calculated as abacavir) 600 mg and lamivudine 300 mg. It is the only three-in-one compound drug containing dolutegravir.

For adults and adolescents, the recommended dose of Inbec is one tablet once daily. Inbec should not be given to adults or adolescents if their body weight is less than 40 kg. As Inbec is a fixed-dose tablet, the dose cannot be reduced and cannot be used in patients who require dose adjustments. If there is a need to discontinue or adjust the dose of one of the active ingredients, separate formulations of dolutegravir, abacavir or lamivudine may be used.
