　　Strong CYP3A4 inducers can significantly lower bedaquiline plasma concentrations,compromising anti-TB efficacy.Certain enzyme-inducing drugs may reduce drug exposure substantially.Therefore,a thorough medication review is necessary before regimen design,and patients should never combine other drugs with bedaquiline without medical supervision.
