Suimeikan only needs one tablet a day to achieve good therapeutic effects, effectively inhibit the virus, and has good tolerance and is not easy to develop drug resistance.

Everyone must know how to take Suimeikai. There are no specific requirements for the taking time of Suimeikan. For adults and teenagers, the recommended dosage of Suimeikan is one tablet each time, once a day. It is best to take it at the same time every day to ensure the continuous effect of the drug.

If a dose is missed, judge whether to take it again based on the distance to the next dose. If you miss a dose but there are more than 4 hours before the next dose, you should take Suimei Kai as soon as possible. If the next dose is less than 4 hours away, the patient should not take the missed dose and wait until the next dose to take it as originally planned. Do not increase the dosage of your medication as this may increase the chance of side effects.

Trimax is a fixed-dose tablet and should not be used in patients who require dose adjustments. If one of the active ingredients needs to be discontinued or a dose adjustment is required, separate formulations of dolutegravir, abacavir, or lamivudine may be used. In these circumstances, physicians should refer to the respective product information for these medicines. 

The metabolism of abacavir in Suimeike needs to pass through the liver, so patients with mild liver damage need to be closely monitored. There are currently no trials on patients with moderate or severe liver damage, so it is not recommended for such patients for the time being, unless judged by a doctor.
