Planep适合什么人用？

Planep (alias: Inspra) is a new type of selective aldosterone receptor antagonist. Who is Planep suitable for?

Indications of Planep:

1. Congestive heart failure after acute myocardial infarction: Planep can improve the quality of life of patients with left ventricular dysfunction (ejection fraction ≤ 40%). Clinical trials have proven that Planep can also be used for congestive heart failure after acute myocardial infarction;

2. Anti-hypertensive: Planep can be used alone or in combination with other anti-hypertensive drugs for the treatment of hypertension.

Planep has few adverse reactions and is effective in treating hypertension, heart failure and myocardial infarction. It has fewer adverse reactions and is well tolerated. It is a good alternative to spironolactone!

Planep can be used alone or in combination with other antihypertensive drugs. The recommended dose is 50 mg per day. If the blood pressure lowering effect is not satisfactory after 4 weeks, the dose can be adjusted to 100 mg per day.

Planep is a selective aldosterone protein kinase antagonist that only acts on mineralocorticoid protein kinase and has no effect on androgen and progesterone protein kinases.

Planep treats patients with stage 1 and stage 2 hypertension with high efficiency and similar potency in reducing diastolic blood pressure and systolic blood pressure as enalapril. Planep also has a good blood pressure lowering effect in patients with essential hypertension with low renin levels for whom angiotensin 2-converting enzyme inhibitors and angiotensin 2Ⅱ protein kinase inhibitors are not effective. It also has a good blood pressure lowering effect on simple systolic hypertension, and has a good blood pressure lowering effect on obesity-related hypertension caused by diet.

In addition, Planep can significantly reduce the ultrafiltration membrane function of renal tubules and alleviate albuminuria in patients with hypertension. For patients with hypertension combined with diabetes, this renal function protection effect is even more significant.
