Rivaroxaban适应症有什么?
Rivaroxaban is a new anticoagulant drug. What are the indications for Rivaroxaban?
Rivaroxaban is suitable for:
1. For adult patients undergoing elective hip or knee replacement surgery to prevent venous thrombosis (VTE).
2. Used to treat venous thrombosis (DVT) in adults and reduce the risk of DVT recurrence and pulmonary embolism (PE) after acute DVT.
3. For use in adult patients with non-valvular atrial fibrillation who have one or more risk factors (such as congestive heart failure, hypertension, age ≥75 years, diabetes, history of stroke or transient ischemic attack) to reduce the risk of stroke and systemic embolism.
Rivaroxaban can be taken for a long time, as long as there are no obvious contraindications and strict indications, it can be used for a long time.
Rivaroxaban is mainly used to prevent venous thrombosis in patients after elective hip or knee surgery. Under normal circumstances, the usual dosage is 10 mg once a day. If the wound has stopped bleeding, the first dose of medication should be given between 6-12 hours after the operation, which can have an anticoagulant effect and prevent blood clots. Typically, the recommended treatment duration is five weeks for patients undergoing hip surgery and two weeks for patients undergoing knee surgery.
If it is simply used to prevent blood clots after surgery, Rivaroxaban should generally be taken for no more than five weeks.
Because of its advantages, it is widely used in clinical practice. But after all, it is an anticoagulant with certain side effects. For pregnant women, whether it is to prevent or treat thrombosis, it will cause fetal malformations through the placenta. Using Rivaroxaban for anticoagulant treatment on pregnant women and fetuses may also cause fetal bleeding. Therefore, women should not use Rivaroxaban during pregnancy.
