布地奈德治疗哮喘效果怎样?
Tracheal asthma (asthma for short) is a chronic inflammatory disease of the airways involving a variety of cells (such as eosinophils, mast cells, T lymphocytes, etc.) and cell components. It is characterized by increased airway reactivity. It is a new type of inhaled glucocorticoid asthma treatment drug, which belongs to the adrenocortical hormone drugs. How effective is budesonide in treating asthma?
A total of 84 patients with acute asthma exacerbations admitted to the Pediatric Department of our hospital from January 2009 to June 2010 were selected. All cases met the diagnostic criteria for childhood asthma. Among them, there were 47 males and 37 females, aged 2 to 12 years old, with an average age of 5.7 years. 84 cases of acute asthma attack were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 42 cases each. Group B received conventional treatment such as albuterol and intravenous infusion of hydrocortisone succinate. Group A received budesonide aerosol inhalation treatment on the basis of conventional treatment. The treatment results were evaluated by observing the symptoms and signs of the children before and after treatment.
The results showed that the total effective rate of budesonide group A was 95.3% and that of group B was 85.7%. The total effective rate of budesonide group A was significantly higher than that of group B. When comparing the two groups, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).
Conclusion: Aerosol inhalation is safe, has few side effects and good clinical efficacy in treating patients with bronchial asthma, and is worthy of clinical promotion. Group B was given intravenous treatment with albuterol, oxycortisone succinate, and antibiotics. 3 days is a course of treatment; Group A is treated with 1 mg of budesonide suspension and oxygen-driven atomization inhalation treatment on the basis of group B. 2 ml of normal saline is added to the atomization solution, and each inhalation is 15 minutes, twice a day. 3 days is a course of treatment. Clinical observation shows that budesonide is metabolized in the liver 3 to 4 times faster than beclomethasone, so budesonide has fewer systemic adverse reactions. ① Effective: Wheezing subsides, cough and pulmonary rales disappear; ② Effective: Wheezing is relieved, cough and pulmonary rales are alleviated; ③ Ineffective: Wheezing symptoms are not improved, and cough and pulmonary rales are not alleviated.
