Regorafenib (Regorafenib) is a multi-target anti-cancer drug commonly used to treat advanced colorectal cancer, gastrointestinal stromal tumors and hepatocellular carcinoma. However, sometimes patients may develop drug resistance after using regorafenib, which may cause adverse reactions during the use of the drug, such as swelling and pain in the hands and feet, loss of appetite, diarrhea and other adverse symptoms, usually within 2-3 days after stopping the drug. It can be relieved, and the adverse symptoms disappear within 1-2 weeks of stopping the drug. However, everyone's body constitution is different, and their resistance to drugs is also different. The specific time is related to the patient's body constitution. If patients experience serious side effects when discontinuing or taking medication, they should inform their doctor promptly.
