How long does ofatumumab treatment take to work?

Ofatumumab (Ofatumumab) is a drug used to treat chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) and multiple sclerosis. The dosage and duration of treatment of ofatumumab may vary for different diseases. Ofatumumab is given by intravenous infusion, usually around 6 hours initially. Ofatumumab may start working immediately, but it may take several months to notice changes in cancer progression. Patients who received ofatumumab plus chlorambucil did not see their previously untreated CLL worsen for an average of 22 months. 82% of patients had responses, including 12% of cancer disappearing. These responses lasted an average of 22 months.
