Is Ofatumumab injection a lifelong medication?

Ofatumumab (Ofatumumab)Doses up to 2000 mg of ofatumumab were well tolerated in a multicenter dose-escalation study involving33 patients with relapsed or refractory chronic lymphocytic leukemia. Ofatumumab was effective in reducing the number of relapses and also delayed the progression of symptoms. In two major studies of 1,882 patients with relapsing forms of MS, patients treated with ofatumumab had an average of fewer than 0.11 relapses in a year, and fewer patients (8%) had symptom exacerbations lasting six months or longer than those taking teriflunomide (12%).
