When will Mitotane be available in China?

Mitotane (Mitotane) was approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) in 1970 for chemotherapy of advanced adrenal cancer. Mitotane is not currently on the market in China. Patients cannot yet purchase this drug from domestic pharmacies and hospitals. The specific time for its launch is unclear. Overseas it is sold as500 mg tablets under the brand name Lysodren, and the recommended starting dose for adults is 2 to 3 grams per day, taken in two or three divided doses with a meal containing fatty foods. Blood levels of the active substance should be monitored frequently, with the final target dose aiming to achieve a blood level of 14-20 mg per liter, which is usually achieved within three to five months.
