Is Delamanid only a Russian version?

There is no domestic drug produced and launched in China, and there are no generic versions of Delamanid produced and launched overseas. Delamanid, a new TB drug with a new mechanism of action, is now available to treat adults with multidrug-resistant tuberculosis (MDR-TB), a form of TB that is resistant to at least the main first-line drugs isoniazid and rifampicin.
