How to take Obinutuzumab

The dosing regimen of Obinutuzumab in the treatment of chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) is based on a 28-day treatment cycle. In Cycle 1, patients received a 100 mg dose on Day 1, a 900 mg dose on Day 2, and a 1000 mg dose on Days 8 and 15. Take 1000mg on the first day of cycles 2-6.
