Tecartus Chinese instruction manual
Indications:
Bricioranza (Tecartus) is a drug used to treat a specific type of leukemia—Bcell acute lymphoblastic leukemia (B-ALL). It is indicated for patients with CD19-positive B-ALL who have not achieved remission with other treatments.
Mechanism of action:
Tecartus works by reprogramming the patient's own T cells to attack leukemia cells. The process involves harvesting a patient's T cells so that they express a specific CD19- receptor, and then reinjecting these engineered T cells back into the patient. These modified T cells are now able to attack and destroy CD19positiveB-ALL cells.
Pharmacology:
Tecartusreduces the number of leukemia cells by boosting the immune system's response againstB-ALL. Its main function is to prompt the patient's T cells to recognize and attack CD19 receptor-positive leukemia cells, thereby killing the leukemia cells.
Dosage and usage:
Tecartus is an individualized treatment and the dosage and usage will vary based on the patient's specific condition. Before treatment, T cells must be collected from the patient and these cells must be modified in the laboratory. The modified T cells will be reinjected into the patient as a one-time treatment. Specific dosage and usage should be based on your doctor's recommendations and drug instructions.

Side effects:
The use of Tecartus may cause some serious side effects, including:
1.CRS (syndromic cytokine release syndrome): This is a condition that may cause symptoms such as fever, hypotension, and shortness of breath. If these symptoms occur, patients need urgent medical attention.
2.Nervous system toxicity: may lead to loss of consciousness, syncope and other symptoms.
3.Infections: Because modifiedT cells may weaken the immune system, patients are more susceptible to infections.
4.Blood problems: including anemia, thrombocytopenia, etc.
Warnings and Precautions:
1.Tecartus needs to be used in specially equipped medical facilities because it may cause serious adverse reactions and requires special monitoring and treatment.
2.Patients need to be monitored regularly by a doctor while using Tecartus to ensure early detection and management of any adverse reactions.
3.UsingTecartus may affect the patient's immune system, so precautions need to be taken to reduce the risk of infection.
Contraindications:
Tecartushas some contraindications, including toTecartusPatients with allergies to any of the ingredients and certain health conditions. Doctors will determine whether Tecartus is suitable for use based on the patient's specific circumstances.
Drug interactions:
Currently, the mechanism of drug interaction of Tecartus is unknown, but interactions with other drugs may have an impact on treatment. Therefore, doctors need to take a detailed look at a patient's medication history to determine whether there are possible interactions.
Medicine for special groups:
Tecartusis not suitable for all patients, only for CD19positiveB-ALL patients, and needs to be used in a specially equipped medical facility. Patients need to be evaluated by a doctor to determine whether they are suitable for this treatment.
In summary, Tecartus is a personalized treatment for CD19positive B-ALL by engineering a patient's T cells to attack leukemia cells. However, use of Tecartus can cause serious side effects and must be done in specially equipped medical facilities and the patient's condition needs to be closely monitored. Patients should follow their doctor's recommendations and understand all information in the drug package insert to ensure safe and effective treatment.
