2. Indications:
Omarigliptin (Omarigliptin) is suitable for the treatment of adult patients with type 2 diabetes.
3. Usage and dosage:
1. Recommended dosage: The recommended dosage of ologliptin is 25 mg taken orally once a week. If the patient misses a dose, take it as soon as he remembers. Then take your next dose according to your normal dosing schedule. Never take a double dose to make up for a missed dose.

6. Taboo:
Omarigliptin is contraindicated in patients who are allergic to Omarigliptin or any of its components.
7. Mechanism of action:
Ologliptin is a small molecule dipeptidyl peptidase4 (DPP-4) inhibitor. The incretins glucagon-like peptide1 (GLP-1) and glucose-dependent insulin secretion-stimulating polypeptide (GIP) are hormones involved in maintaining glucose homeostasis. Dipeptidyl peptidase4 (DPP-4) inhibitors delay the inactivation of incretin hormones and increase the concentration of active incretin, thereby enhancing the blood glucose secretagogue and glucagon concentration-lowering effects in a hyperglycemic manner and improving glycemic control.
