Resistance treatment of efavirenz/emtricitabine/tenofovir (EFV+FTC+TDF, Viraday)

Efavirenz/emtricitabine/tenofovir (EFV+FTC+TDF, Viraday) is a commonly used antiretroviral regimen for the treatment of human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) infection. If a patient develops resistance to this drug, resistance management may be considered. The goal of drug resistance management is to find a new treatment regimen to effectively control viral replication and reduce the number of drug-resistant viruses.

Resistance management should be individualized based on the patient's specific circumstances.
