Is tremelimumab a traditional Chinese medicine?

Tremelimumab/Tremelimumab is not a traditional Chinese medicine, but an immunotherapy drug. It belongs to a class of drugs called immune checkpoint inhibitors, which are used to treat certain types of cancer, such as hepatocellular carcinoma, non-small cell lung cancer and others. This drug works by activating the patient's own immune system to fight cancer cells.

Tremelimumab is a human antibody that helps the immune system fight cancer. Antibodies are proteins in the immune system that recognize and attack foreign invaders. Tremelimumab/Tremelimumab is a new type of cancer immunotherapy drug. It has not yet been launched in China, so it cannot be included in the medical insurance.
