Selinexor (Selinexor) is developed by Karyopharm Therapeutics, a pharmaceutical company focused on developing targeted nuclear transport drugs. In December of the same year, the FDA expanded the approved indications of selinesol to include it in combination with bortezomib and dexamethasone for the treatment of adult patients with multiple myeloma who have received at least one prior therapy.
