Adverse reactions:
1.Digestive tract discomfort: Including nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, etc.
2.Fatigue and weakness: Fatigue and weakness may occur, affecting daily activities.

5.Myelosuppression: Including leukopenia, anemia and thrombocytopenia.
6.Other adverse reactions: Headache, fever, rash, joint pain, etc.
Drug interactions:
Giritinib may affect the metabolism of other drugs by inhibitingCYP3A4. Caution should be exercised when coadministering CYP3A4 substrates (such as clozapine, felodipine, etc.).
Storage:
Should be stored in a sealed container, away from moisture and light, at room temperature (15-30 degrees Celsius).
Availability and Price:
Although giritinib has been launched in the domestic market, unfortunately, it has not yet been included in the scope of medical insurance, so the domestic price remains high, as high as more than 20,000 yuan. For more specific pricing, please check with your local hospital pharmacy. In comparison, foreign generic drugs appear to be more user-friendly. In particular, the price of generic drugs from Laos is only about two to three thousand yuan, which is far lower than the domestic market price. It is worth mentioning that the ingredients of these generic drugs are almost the same as those of domestic original drugs.
The above is the detailed medication instructions for giritinib. Patients should read the drug instructions carefully before using the drug and use the drug correctly under the guidance of a doctor. If you have any questions or adverse reactions, you should consult your doctor promptly.
