Suvotinib vs. Mobotinib (mobosetinib): Which drug works better?
Suvotinib and mobotinib (mobosetinib) are both therapeutic drugs for non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), but which one of them is more effective is not a simple question, because it depends on many factors, including the patient's condition, disease progression, sensitivity to drugs, and drug side effects.
Suvotinib significantly alleviates lung cancer symptoms for locally advanced or metastatic NSCLCNSCLC with EGFR20 exon insertion mutations For pan>patients, the objective response rate can reach 60.8%, and the disease control rate can reach as high as 87.6%. This means that Suvotinib can significantly reduce patients’ symptoms such as coughing and dyspnea.

Mobotinib is mainly used to treat EGFRexon20adult patients with locally advanced or metastatic NSCLC insertion mutations. Its clinical trial results showed that the overall response rate (ORR) assessed by the investigators was 35%, and the median duration of response was 17.5 months. This suggests that mobotinib has a positive effect in prolonging patient survival and improving quality of life.
Both drugs have a good safety profile, but specific side effects and tolerability may vary among individuals. Therefore, when choosing a drug, doctors will evaluate the patient's specific situation.
Both can extend the survival of patients by inhibiting the growth and spread of tumor cells. However, the specific length of extension may vary between individuals, and it is not currently possible to directly compare which drug is more advantageous in extending survival.
It is not possible to directly tell which drug is more effective because each patient's response is unique. In clinical treatment, doctors will comprehensively consider factors such as the patient's specific condition, physical condition, and response to drugs to select the most suitable drug for the patient.
