What are the side effects of Rubicatin/Rubicatin?

Lurbinectedin/Lurbinectedin is a drug used to treat metastatic small cell lung cancer (SCLC), specifically for adult patients whose disease has progressed during or after platinum-based chemotherapy. Clinical studies have shown that the use of rubicatin is associated with some adverse reactions, the most common of which include leukopenia, lymphopenia, fatigue, anemia, neutropenia, etc. The incidence rate of these side effects reaches more than 20%, indicating that they are relatively common in clinical application.

Among the specific side effects, leukopenia and lymphopenia may lead to a decrease in the patient's immunity and increase the risk of infection; fatigue affects the patient's quality of life and limits their daily activities. Both anemia and neutropenia may cause fatigue and other related symptoms.
