1.Main ingredients

The active ingredient of selinesol is selinesol, which is a selective nuclear export protein (XPO1) inhibitor that can inhibit the growth and spread of tumor cells by interfering with the normal functions of cancer cells.

2.Indications

Selinesol is indicated for the treatment of patients with relapsed or refractory multiple myeloma (RRMM), especially those who have failed to achieve remission after at least two other treatments, such as immunomodulators or proteasome inhibitors. In addition, selinesol may also be used to treat other types of hematological malignancies, such as acute myeloid leukemia (AML).

3.Usage and dosage

Selinesol is usually taken orally, and the dosage and treatment plan are individually adjusted by the doctor according to the patient's specific condition and drug resistance.

Recommended dosage for adults: A single dose of 80 mg taken twice weekly. The medication cycle is 28 days. If the patient cannot tolerate this dose, the dose may need to be adjusted according to the doctor's advice.
