defiteli怎么使用？

The Chinese name is defiteli. Since it has not yet been launched in the country, patients who purchase the overseas version of defiteli may not know how to use it. The following is a brief introduction by our medical companion.

The recommended dose of defiteli (defiteli) for adult and pediatric patients is 6.25 mg/kg given every 6 hours as a 2-hour intravenous infusion. The dose should be based on the patient's baseline weight, which is defined as the patient's weight before the HSCT preparation protocol. Defiteli is given for a minimum total of 21 days. If signs and symptoms of hepatic veno-occlusive disease (HVOD) do not resolve after 21 days, continue defibrotide until resolution of HVOD or up to 60 days.

Defiteli (Defibrotide) must be diluted before infusion. Prior to administration of defibrotide, confirm that the patient is not experiencing clinically significant bleeding and is hemodynamically stable on no more than one vasopressor. Administer defiteli by constant intravenous infusion over a 2-hour period. Do not coadminister with other intravenous medications at the same time and in the same intravenous line.

Hypersensitivity reactions have occurred in less than 2% of patients treated with defiteli. These reactions include rash, urticaria, and angioedema. If a severe hypersensitivity reaction occurs, discontinue defibrotide, treat with standard medical care, and monitor until symptoms resolve. defiteli may enhance the pharmacodynamic activity of antithrombotic/fibrinolytic agents such as heparin or alteplase. Concomitant use of defiteli (defibrinoside) with antithrombotic or fibrinolytic drugs is contraindicated due to an increased risk of bleeding. Concomitant administration with systemic anticoagulants or fibrinolytic therapy is contraindicated.
