地拉罗司(恩瑞格)用药注意事项
(Enreg), a new oral formulation of Exjade, is the first once-daily oral iron chelator that can be swallowed directly. Exjade is a dispersible tablet that must be mixed with liquid and taken on an empty stomach at least 30 minutes before meals. Deferasirox can be swallowed directly with or without a light meal, greatly simplifying the treatment and management of chronic iron overload (CIO). Today we will learn more about the precautions for taking deferasirox (deferasirox).
1. If you are allergic or sensitive to any component of Deferasirox (Enrige), do not use it. 2. Most reactions appear in the first month of treatment. Liver function should be checked regularly while taking deferasirox. In some cases, patients who have had a fatal reaction to deferasirox may develop renal failure. Patients with renal failure or who are at substantial risk for renal failure should receive periodic renal function testing while taking deferasirox.
3. People at risk of renal failure include the elderly, those with kidney disease, and those taking drugs that affect kidney function. 4. Dose adjustment may be required. Deferasirox (Enrige) is associated with potentially severe reductions in white blood cell and platelet counts, especially in people with pre-existing blood abnormalities. 5. Deferasirox can only cause hearing loss and eye disease in rare cases. A comprehensive hearing and eye examination should be performed before starting deferasirox and annually thereafter.
6. People taking Deferasirox (Enrige) have experienced gastrointestinal bleeding and ulcers, including some children and adolescents. 7. Using deferasirox with blood thinners or other drugs that irritate the gastrointestinal tract, such as corticosteroids and bisphosphonates, may increase the risk. 8. Using deferasirox may cause rash. If the condition is severe, the medication may need to be stopped temporarily and then restarted at a lower dose.
It should also be noted that deferasirox (Enrige) may cause: kidney damage: including renal failure; liver damage: including liver failure; gastrointestinal bleeding. In some reported cases, these reactions can be fatal. The above reactions are more common in patients with advanced age, high-risk myelodysplastic syndrome (MDS), basic renal or liver damage, or low platelets (<50*10 9/L>).
The above is the content of (Enrige) precautions, I hope it can help you!
