美沙拉秦(Salofalk)是治疗什么疾病的
Mesalazine (Salofalk) has been approved in many countries and regions around the world, and its safety and efficacy are continuously monitored.
What diseases does Mesalazine (Salofalk) treat?
1. Ulcerative colitis
It is suitable for mild to moderate ulcerative colitis in adults and children aged 6 years and above.
2. Crohn's disease
Applicable to Crohn's ileitis and colitis in adults and adolescents aged 12 years and above. It is also used for acute phase treatment and remission maintenance to reduce disease recurrence.
Efficacy and role of mesalazine (Salofalk)
The core effect of mesalazine (Salofalk) lies in its local anti-inflammatory effect, which directly acts on the intestinal mucosa and reduces the inflammatory response through multiple mechanisms.
Mesalazine acts locally on the intestinal mucosa, inhibits the synthesis of inflammatory mediators (such as leukotrienes, prostaglandins), and has an oxygen free radical scavenging effect. The specific mechanism is not yet fully understood.
