埃索美拉唑的治疗效果怎么样?
The trade name of esomeprazole is Nexium, which is a single isomer of omeprazole, the (S)-isomer. Due to its metabolic advantages, esomeprazole has higher bioavailability and more consistent pharmacokinetics than omeprazole, which increases the amount of drugs reaching the proton pump and has a better acid-suppressing effect than other PPIs. How effective is esomeprazole?
The trial selected peptic ulcer patients who were treated in our hospital from June 2016 to December 2016 as the research sample. Among them, a total of 85 patients were selected. They were divided into a control group and an observation group according to the time of admission, with 42 cases in the control group and 43 cases in the observation group. A retrospective analysis was conducted. Judging from the basic data, there were 50 male patients and 35 female patients, with an age range of 33 to 68 years old, with an average age of (46.5±2.1) years, and the patients were getting younger and younger. There was no significant difference in general information such as age, gender, disease course, etc. between all patients and they were comparable (P>0.05).
The control group was treated with omeprazole combined with antibiotics, twice a day, 20 mg each time; the observation group was treated with esomeprazole (Nexium) combined with antibiotics, twice a day, 20 mg each time. Meanwhile, patients in both groups took clarithromycin and amoxicillin, and antibiotics were stopped after one week of treatment. The experiment was conducted to conduct comparative analysis of clinical improvement after 6 weeks of treatment. Clinical trials can be divided into three aspects: markedly effective, effective and ineffective in terms of evaluation criteria. That is, the basis for classification is the degree of improvement of the patient's ulcer condition, that is, whether the ulcer lesions have significantly shrunk. Specifically, marked effectiveness means that the patient's ulcer stage has been transformed into a scar stage and the condition has been significantly improved; effective means that the patient's ulcer focus has shrunk by more than 50%, but inflammation problems still exist; ineffective means that the patient's ulcer focus has shrunk by less than 50%.
