埃索美拉唑一天吃几粒

Esomeprazole is used for the treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD), including: treatment of erosive reflux esophagitis, long-term maintenance treatment for patients with cured esophagitis to prevent recurrence, symptom control of gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD), eradication of Helicobacter pylori in combination with appropriate antibiotic therapy, healing of duodenal ulcers related to Helicobacter pylori infection, and prevention of recurrence of peptic ulcers related to Helicobacter pylori infection. How many pills of esomeprazole should be taken a day?

Esomeprazole should be swallowed whole with liquid and should not be chewed or crushed.

1. Treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD)-erosive reflux esophagitis: 40 mg once a day for four weeks.

2. For patients whose esophagitis has not been cured or who have persistent symptoms, it is recommended to take medication for another four weeks; for patients who have been cured of esophagitis, long-term maintenance treatment to prevent recurrence: 20 mg once a day. 

3. To control the symptoms of gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD), patients without esophagitis should take 20 mg once a day. If the symptoms are not controlled after 4 weeks of medication, the patient should undergo further examination. Once the symptoms are eliminated, immediate treatment can be used for subsequent symptom control, that is, 20 mg should be taken orally once a day when necessary. 

4. Use in combination with appropriate antibacterial therapy to eradicate Helicobacter pylori, heal duodenal ulcers related to Helicobacter pylori, and prevent the recurrence of peptic ulcers related to Helicobacter pylori. Esomeprazole magnesium enteric-coated tablets 20 mg amoxicillin 1g and clarithromycin 500 mg twice a day for 7 days.

In addition, the drug is toxic. Common reactions of patients using esomeprazole include: headache, abdominal pain, diarrhea, bloating, nausea/vomiting, and constipation. None of these responses were dose-related. 

Finally, patients with known allergies to esomeprazole, other benzimidazole compounds, or any other component of this product are cautioned.
