One day after treatment, the abdominal pain relief rate of patients in the experimental group was 42.0%, which was significantly higher than the 22.0% in the control group (P<0.05). 

Conclusion: Esomeprazole (Nexium) enteric-coated capsules in the treatment of duodenal ulcer have significant clinical effects, high HP eradication rate and low incidence of adverse reactions, and are worthy of promotion and application.
