The observation group was lower than the control group at 1 month (7.50%), 2 months (0.00%), 4 months (10.00%), and 6 months (15.00%) after treatment, P<0.05.

It is concluded that the regular and intermittent maintenance use of tacrolimus ointment has a definite effect in the treatment of children with atopic dermatitis. It can significantly improve clinical symptoms and reduce the recurrence rate after treatment, and is worthy of promotion.
