Dosage:

Propecia and finasteride are taken orally, 5 mg/time, once/day. 5mg/day, can be taken in the morning and evening, before or after meals, long-term use is recommended. Patients with Renal Impairment: No dose adjustment is required in patients with various degrees of renal impairment (creatinine clearance as low as 9 mL/min). Elderly: Pharmacokinetic studies in patients over 70 years of age have shown that the clearance of finasteride is reduced, but no dose adjustment is required.
