　　【Indications】​

　　This medicine is a sphingosine-1-phosphate(S1P)receptor modulator indicated for the treatment of moderately to severely active ulcerative colitis(UC)in adult patients.

　　【Recommended Dosage】​

　　The recommended dosage is 2 mg taken orally once daily.

　　【Adverse Reactions】​

　　The most frequently observed adverse reactions include headache,elevated hepatic transaminases,and dizziness.

　　【Pharmacology】​

　　This medicine is a sphingosine-1-phosphate(S1P)receptor modulator with high affinity for S1P receptor subtypes 1,4,and 5.It exhibits minimal activity against S1P3(approximately 25-fold lower than the Cmax at the recommended dose)and no activity against S1P2.It partially and reversibly inhibits the egress of lymphocytes from lymphoid tissues,thereby reducing the number of circulating lymphocytes.The precise mechanism by which this medicine exerts its therapeutic effect in UC is not fully established but may involve decreased lymphocyte migration into the intestinal mucosa.
