　　【Indications】

　　This product is a transthyretin stabilizer indicated for the treatment of wild-type or variant transthyretin-mediated amyloid cardiomyopathy(ATTR-CM)in adult patients,to reduce cardiovascular death and cardiovascular-related hospitalizations.

　　【Recommended Dosage】

　　712 mg orally twice daily,may be taken with or without food.

　　【Adverse Reactions】

　　The most frequently reported adverse reactions are diarrhea(11.6%)and upper abdominal pain(5.5%),which resolve on their own without the need to discontinue treatment.

　　【Mechanism of Action】

　　This medicine is a selective transthyretin(TTR)stabilizer.Its primary mechanism involves binding to the thyroxine-binding sites of TTR,thereby slowing the dissociation of TTR tetramers into monomers and inhibiting the resulting amyloidogenic process.Under normal conditions,TTR tetramers gradually break down into monomers that form abnormal amyloid fibrillar deposits,impairing heart and other organ functions,leading to ATTR.By stabilizing the structure of TTR tetramers,this product slows or prevents the formation of these harmful deposits,effectively reducing cardiovascular mortality and related hospitalization rates,and improving patients'clinical symptoms and quality of life.
