[Indications]
This product is a gonadotropin-releasing hormone(GnRH)receptor antagonist indicated for the relief of moderate to severe pain caused by endometriosis.
[Limitations of Use]
The duration of use should be restricted based on the dosage and any comorbid conditions.
[Recommended Dosage]
Patients with normal or mild hepatic impairment:
150 mg orally once daily for a maximum duration of 24 months;or 200 mg orally twice daily for a maximum duration of 6 months.
Patients with moderate hepatic impairment:
150 mg orally once daily for a maximum duration of 6 months.
[Adverse Reactions]
The most common adverse reactions(incidence>5%)include:hot flashes,night sweats,headache,nausea,insomnia,amenorrhea,anxiety,arthralgia,depression-related reactions,and mood changes.
[Pharmacology]
It competitively binds to pituitary GnRH receptors,dose-dependently inhibiting the secretion of LH and FSH,thereby reducing levels of estradiol and progesterone.
[Storage]
Store at temperatures between 2°C and 30°C.
