　　【Indications】

　　This product is a cardiac myosin inhibitor indicated for the treatment of adults with New York Heart Association(NYHA)Class II-III obstructive hypertrophic cardiomyopathy(HCM)to improve functional capacity and alleviate symptoms.

　　【Recommended Dosage】

　　Starting Dose:5 mg orally once daily,taken on an empty stomach.

　　Subsequent Dosing:Titrate sequentially to 2.5 mg,5 mg,10 mg,and 15 mg orally once daily.The maximum recommended dose is 15 mg orally once daily.

　　【Adverse Reactions】

　　The most common adverse reactions(>5%)are dizziness(27%)and syncope(6%).

　　【Pharmacological Action】

　　This product is a selective,allosteric,reversible inhibitor of cardiac myosin.It modulates the number of myosin heads capable of entering the"actin-binding"(force-generating)state,thereby reducing the probability of power generation(systole)and residual(diastole)cross-bridge formation.Excessive myosin-actin cross-bridge formation and dysregulation of the super-relaxed state are hallmark mechanisms of HCM.This product shifts the overall myosin population toward an energy-sparing,recruitable super-relaxed state.In patients with HCM,inhibition of myosin by this agent reduces dynamic left ventricular outflow tract(LVOT)obstruction and improves cardiac filling pressures.

　　Store at controlled room temperature between 20°C and 25°C;excursions permitted between 15°C and 30°C.
