　　【Indications】

　　This product is a PEGylated uric acid specific enzyme,suitable for adult patients with chronic gout who have failed conventional treatment.

　　Usage restrictions:This product is not recommended for the treatment of asymptomatic hyperuricemia.

　　Recommended dosage

　　-8mg each time,administered every 2 weeks via intravenous infusion;

　　-Combination therapy with methotrexate:

　　-Methotrexate 15mg and folic acid or folinic acid,taken orally once a week;

　　-At least 4 weeks before treatment with this product,start taking methotrexate and folic acid or folinic acid every week,and continue taking the medication throughout the entire treatment period with this product

　　Single use of this product:

　　If the patient is not suitable for taking methotrexate,this product can also be used alone.

　　Adverse reactions

　　-Combined with Methotrexate:

　　The most common side effects(≥5%)are gout attacks,joint pain COVID-19、Nausea and fatigue.

　　-Single drug use:

　　The most common adverse reactions(≥5%)are gout attacks,infusion reactions,nausea,bruising or bruising,nasopharyngitis,constipation,chest pain,allergic reactions,and vomiting

　　Pharmacological effects

　　This product is a uric acid specific enzyme,which is a recombinant uricase that can catalyze the oxidation of uric acid to allantoin,thereby reducing the therapeutic effect of serum uric acid.Allantoin is an inert and water-soluble purine metabolite;It is easily eliminated and mainly excreted through the kidneys.

　　-Store refrigerated at a temperature of 2°C to 8°C until use.

　　-Store away from light,do not freeze or shake.

　　-If it exceeds the expiration date of this product,do not use it.
