Indications:

For myasthenia gravis, functional flatulence and urinary retention after surgery, etc.

Usage and dosage

Oral administration. Generally, adults take 60 to 120 mg (1 to 2 tablets) orally every 3 to 4 hours.

Side effects

1. Common ones include diarrhea, nausea, vomiting, stomach cramps, increased sweating and saliva, etc. Less common ones include frequent urination and miosis.

2. Myasthenia gravis patients who receive high-dose treatment often develop mental abnormalities.

Precautions

1. Use with caution in patients with arrhythmia, atrioventricular block, postoperative atelectasis or pneumonia, and pregnant women.

2. There are obvious individual differences in the absorption, metabolism, and excretion of this product. The dosage and medication time should be determined based on the effects after taking the medication.
