Baricitinib is a selective Janus kinase (JAK) 1/2 inhibitor that blocks the JAK-STAT signaling pathway and inhibits the intracellular signaling of multiple inflammatory cytokines (such as IL-6, IFN-γ), thereby reducing inflammatory responses and immune-mediated tissue damage.
Baricitinib (trade name: Olumiant).
1. Adults with moderate to severe active rheumatoid arthritis (those with insufficient response or intolerance to DMARDs).
2. Moderate to severe atopic dermatitis in adults and children over 2 years old (those requiring systemic treatment).
3. Severe alopecia areata in adults.
4. Active juvenile idiopathic arthritis in children over 2 years old (those who have insufficient response to traditional or biological DMARDs).

Each tablet contains 2mg or 4mg of baricitinib. .
1. Conventional dosage of :
Rheumatoid arthritis/atopic dermatitis/alopecia areata: 4 mg once a day is recommended for adults, and 2 mg once a day is recommended for high-risk patients (such as ≥65 years old).

1. Renal insufficiency (CrCl30-60mL/min): 2 mg/day for adults, half for children.
2. Use strong OAT3 inhibitors (such as probenecid): reduce the dose by half.
3. After the treatment response is insufficient or stable: the dose can be adjusted (4mg↔2mg).
1. Missed dose of : If you miss a dose, you should take it as soon as possible. If it is close to the next dose time, skip it. Do not take double dose.
