Introduction to palbociclib:

Palbociclib (palbociclib, also translated as: palbociclib) is the world's first cyclin-dependent kinase (CDK) 4/6 inhibitor. Indications of palbociclib:

(1) In combination with letrozole, it is used to treat postmenopausal patients with ER-positive, HER2-negative advanced metastatic breast cancer.

(2) Combined with fulvestrant, it can be used in patients with ER-positive and HER2-negative breast cancer that have progressed after endocrine therapy.

Pabocillin usage and dosage:

The recommended starting dose is 125 mg once a day, combined with letrozole, taken with meals for a total of 21 days, and then stop taking the drug for 7 days.

Use of palbociclib in special groups:

Breastfeeding women should stop taking the drug or stop breastfeeding.
