利伐沙班对静脉血栓能有多大疗效？

(Also known as: Xarelto) has been widely used in the prevention and treatment of venous thromboembolic diseases and the prevention of stroke in non-valvular atrial fibrillation. How effective is rivaroxaban in treating venous thrombosis?

The therapeutic effect of rivaroxaban in the treatment of venous thrombosis:

To explore the effect of oral rivaroxaban (alias: Xarelto) on the prevention of deep vein thrombosis after orthopedic total hip replacement, and compare it with traditional pneumatic therapy for the prevention of deep vein thrombosis after orthopedic hip replacement.

Observe the current routine drug treatment to prevent deep vein thrombosis and the advantages and disadvantages of the method of preventing deep vein thrombosis through routine nursing and air pressure, so as to draw a comprehensive strategy for preventing deep vein thrombosis after orthopedic hip replacement.

Methods: The clinical data of 150 patients admitted after orthopedic total hip replacement were retrospectively analyzed, and 150 patients were randomly divided into a pneumatic treatment group, a drug intervention group, and a control group, with 50 patients in each group. The control group used manual massage of both lower limbs to assist in moving the joints to promote venous blood flow; the drug intervention group received oral treatment with rivaroxaban; the pneumatic therapy group used pneumatic therapy equipment for treatment, with corresponding adjustments made according to the patient's tolerance and body position. Postoperatively, the postoperative lower limb swelling and lower limb deep vein thrombosis of the three groups of patients were recorded and statistically analyzed.

As a result, the pneumatic treatment group, the drug intervention group and the control group can all reduce the formation of deep vein thrombosis after total hip replacement surgery; compared with the control group, the pneumatic treatment group and the drug intervention group have a significantly reduced risk of deep vein thrombosis in the lower limbs after orthopedic total hip replacement surgery, and the difference is statistically significant (P<0.05).

Conclusion: The pneumatic therapy device and oral application (alias: Xarelto) can prevent deep vein thrombosis in the lower limbs after orthopedic total hip replacement and reduce the swelling of the affected limb. It is recommended to be used together after orthopedic hip replacement.
