利伐沙班的不良反应有哪些？

Rivaroxaban, sold under the trade names Xarelto and others, is an anticoagulant drug (blood thinner) used to treat and prevent blood clots, which can be very helpful in the treatment of blood clots in the veins. Rivaroxaban is a highly selective, oral drug that directly inhibits factor xa. By inhibiting factor xa, the endogenous and exogenous pathways of the coagulation cascade can be interrupted, and the generation of thrombin and thrombosis can be inhibited. Rivaroxaban does not inhibit thrombin and has no proven effect on platelets.

Any medicine will have certain adverse reactions. What are the adverse reactions of rivaroxaban?

1-10%: abdominal pain, back pain, contusion, constipation, diarrhea, dizziness, indigestion, epistaxis, fatigue, headache, nausea, hematuria, muscle spasm, oropharyngeal pain, osteoarthritis, peripheral edema, pruritus, fever, rash, syncope, toothache, urinary tract infection (≤1%), vomiting, wound discharge. Atrial fibrillation (6% major bleeding), DVT prophylaxis (5-6%; major bleeding <1%), DVT treatment (6-10%; major bleeding 1%), hematoma (<3%).

<1%: dysuria, fatal hemorrhage, hematoma, hemiparesis, hemorrhage, hypotension, increased amylase, increased BUN, jaundice, menorrhagia, drug reaction with eosinophilia and systemic symptoms (DRESS), thrombocytopenia, urticaria, xerostomia.

Post-marketing or case reports: Agranulocytosis, anaphylactic shock, anaphylaxis, angioedema, intracerebral hemorrhage, cholestasis, decreased hemoglobin, DRESS syndrome (drug eruption with eosinophilia and systemic symptoms), injection site hematoma, hemiplegia, hematuria, hepatitis, liver injury, anaphylaxis, intracranial hemorrhage, jaundice, retroperitoneal hemorrhage, spinal hematoma, Stevens-Johnson syndrome, subdural hematoma, thrombocytopenia.
