When patients take Vibegroron, in addition to the recommended dose, the dose also needs to be adjusted based on adverse reactions.

Common doses of vibegron

1. Recommended dose

Take 75 mg of vibegron orally once a day.

2. Precautions for taking

Take it with a meal or alone. Swallow the entire tablet of Vibegron with a glass of water. For patients who have difficulty swallowing, Vibegroron tablets can also be crushed, mixed with one tablespoon (about 15 ml) of applesauce, and taken immediately with a glass of water.

3. Treatment of missed doses

If you miss a dose of Vibegroron, please take it as soon as possible, but if it is almost time for the next dose, please skip the missed dose. Do not take two doses at once.

Vibegron renal dose adjustment‌

1. For mild/moderate/severe renal insufficiency (estimated glomerular filtration rate [eGFR] 15 to <90mL/min/1.73m²), there is no need to adjust the vibegron dose.

2. ‌eGFR<15mL/min/1.73m² (not receiving hemodialysis)‌, and ‌dialysis patients (eGFR<15mL/min/1.73m²)‌ are not recommended to take Vibegroron.

‌3. Vibegroron has not been studied in patients with eGFR <15mL/min/1.73m² (whether receiving hemodialysis or not).

Vibegron liver dose adjustment‌

1. For patients with mild to moderate hepatic insufficiency (Child-Pugh class A and B), no dose adjustment is required.

2. Patients with severe hepatic insufficiency (Child-Pugh class C) are not recommended to take Vibegroron.

3. Vibegroron has not been studied in patients with severe hepatic insufficiency.

Vibegron overdose treatment

Currently, there is no relevant data on overdose of Vibegron. If you suspect overdose, please seek medical attention immediately.

Vibegron‌Contraindications and Precautions‌

1. ‌Contraindications‌

It is prohibited for those who are allergic to the active ingredients of Vibegron or any excipients.

2. ‌Patients under 18 years old‌

Since the safety and effectiveness of patients under 18 years old have not been established, Vibegroron is prohibited.
