【Indications】

Spirava Respimat is indicated for adults with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). Sliva Respimat is used to treat dyspnea caused by airway obstructive diseases such as bronchial asthma, chronic bronchitis, wheezing bronchitis, emphysema. Spirava Respimat is especially suitable for patients who need to take long-term adrenergic β2 receptor agonists and patients with nocturnal asthma.

【Usage and Dosage】

Recommended dosage is: Spiriva Respimat is effective 24 hours a day, so use it only once a day, and if possible, at the same time every day. Spray twice with each use.

Since COPD is a long-term disease, use Spirax Respimat every day, not just when you have breathing problems. Do not exceed recommended dosage.

【Adverse reactions】

Common adverse reactions: dry mouth.

Uncommon adverse reactions: dizziness/difficulty sleeping/headache/high blood pressure/irregular heartbeat//palpitations/rapid heartbeat/cough/constipation, etc.

Rare adverse reactions: nasopharyngitis/sore throat (pharyngitis)/laryngitis/joint pain/back pain/difficulty urinating (urinary retention)/severe allergic reaction/causing swelling of the mouth, face or throat (angioedema)/itching/urticaria, etc.

【Notes】

Patients who are allergic to any of the ingredients in Spirax Respimat should not be treated with this medicine.

Immediate allergic reactions such as rash, hives, swelling of the mouth and face, sudden difficulty breathing (angioedema), or other allergic reactions (such as a sudden drop in blood pressure or dizziness) may occur alone or as part of a severe allergic reaction after taking Seriva Respimat. If any of the above conditions occur, stop using Spirax Respimat and consult a doctor immediately.

  Talk to your doctor or pharmacist before use if you have: Asthma (Respimat should not be used to treat asthma) / heart disease / high blood pressure / epilepsy / thyrotoxicosis / aneurysm / diabetes / severe liver damage / kidney damage / planned surgery / narrow-angle glaucoma prostate problems or difficulty urinating.
